power supply alternatives please

hi, i just can´t find a c64 power supply (i´m in Mexico), so the question is, what else can i use as an alternative? anything will help.

Hi!

When I built my first sid ( just one core with one sid 6581 and lcd with six buttons and an encoder!!!!), I used a normal psu with 15V DC 1A....

7805 at the core was very hot, but with a heatsink, it was ok.

you can also use an AC psu....

If you find a c-64 psu in future, it will no problem to replace the first one.
