I don`t understand. that´s the HUI-Forum???? ??? and nobody have the data for the HUI-Protocol.

It may be the wrong choice of abbreviated letters ;)  (different HUI)

It's just the "host user interface", like the different MB applications. (not that many here wouldn't want a link to the HUI spec)
