AndrewMartens
Cool, this project is somewhat similar to my digital PIC synth project that I'm working on. Though right now I'm hoping to do 4 wavetable oscillators using software-based 24-bit phase accumulators on a single 18F-series PIC.
airmailed
your pic synth sounds pretty interesting, i like wavetables, pd has good wavetable oscillators, you can draw your own waveforms onscreen, i was thinking i would like to adapt the mios wavetable to accept midi control (it might do this already, i haven't looked that hard at it)i also saw a japanese vst which does wt, the name suggests using a kaos pad to draw waveforms live... the same guy has made an nes synth...and yes moebius, i had a spectrum... it used to overhheat after 2 hours or so and start crashing.i didn't realise that the z80 was still being madehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZX_Spectrum
