rattleandhum
Hi there, I am in the process of building a midibox with 64 pots and faders. Is it possible to use the input pins on the core that connect to the MF module as additional analog fader inputs, thus making a possible 72 analog inputs?ThanksKurt
raphael
No, 64 analog inputs are a limitation of MIOS. So for 72 pots you will need 2 cores (or you write your own firmware  ;))RaphaelBTW: Of which other port are you speaking ??? The MF module connects to J7, which is serial I/O. rattleandhum
Sorry, I do not really understand the motor fader concept at all. I was under the assumption that the input pins where the motor faders go in are the same as an analog input.Kurt
raphael
I was under the assumption that the input pins where the motor faders go in are the same as an analog input. You're right, but you cannot have MF and AIN at the same time (the same connection (J5) is used for MF analog in and AIN module analog in). So either 8 Motorfaders or 64 pots.Raphael
