goule
Hi all,I just wanted to say a very big thanks to Thorsten :D and all the people here answering the questions, debugging other ppz etc.MidiBox is such a fun project ... I can't believe that I'm building my own midi controler with my own OS (well I should say "program" as MIOS is the real OS). :oAs a piece of information my midibox contains the following components :- Pitch bend & modulation wheel (coming from my old broken DX7s)- Two analog joysticks 8)- Two infrared distance sensors for D-Beam like action ;D- one detended pot for sending program change messages (or setting values when in edit mode)- one superb 20x4 blue backlight LCD ;)- a few buttons still coming from my DX7 for navigating thru the functionsBuilding this babe is so much fun ... so thank you for all of the great moments I'm spending with this excellent idea/projectThe gear should be finished building in a few weeks (everything runs fine, I still have to finalize my OS + buying the panel & the box). When finished I'll post a few photos here. 8)Seeya,Goule
