mb sid voltage testing

well, i'm arrived to that point...

my first sid module is ready for the voltage test, but, exactly, wich points of the circuit should i test to understand if i've done it right?

Apply power to the module and check the voltage level between pin IC1:Vdd(28) and IC1:Vss(14) - it must be 12V for the 6581 SID, 9V for the 8580 SID.

IC1 is the SID chip, Vdd(28) is the pin marked 28 on IC1 in mbhp_sid.pdf, Vss(14) is the pin marked 14 on the same chip, Vdd and Vss are printed next to the corresponding pins too.
