LTC Module Caps

Hi there, I purchased a MB64 kit from mikes midi shop and I am currently soldering up the LTC module...

The problem I have is that ive been sent all the caps, 4 x 220 caps, 2 x 100k caps and 2 x 10uF caps but the 100k and 10uF caps have not been labled so I dont know which is which.

Is there a way of being able to tell which is which from the coloured lines on the caps or some other way without using any testing kits?

Ive emailed mike about them but have no response... ;(

I think you`re mixing up resistors (the parts with the couloured lines) and capacitors...
