testing a SID

so im about to get a few c64s in the mail. whats the best way to test the sid chip? id like to test jsut the sid becasue i know the rest of teh damn t hing might not be werking. help. thanks.

the only (easy) way to check this is to put them in a C64 and play a game or something so you can hear if it works.
