Not too long ago I had found a couple threads here, one was about some nifty multicolored LED arrays, the other was about a nifty configurable analog processor on a chip.  I can't seem to find them anymore..

The search function works in the board context you are currently in. E.g., if you view the "Part Questions" board, the search function will only search there, and nowhere else.

So - either change to the global context (e.g. click the home button), or use "advanced search"

Yes, but this is the problem!  I've been searching for these parts for a couple days now and clearly I don't remember enough to find where the threads were.

Search for FPAA :)

And hit "home" first, then "search".  Or open up the dropdown in the advanced search page and click all the forum boxes.

Thanks stryd, thats what I needed.

Those chips look pretty sweet, but I can't think of something real practical for it yet.  At least not with a single one.
