MIDIbox of the Week (MIDIbox64 of URBatORB)

This is the MIDIbox64 made by Danial aka. URBatORB - he built it into a selfmade wooden box, but considers to replace the frontpanel (+covers) by alu. However, it already looks very functional! :)

He wrote (in german):

Nun ist das Innenleben meiner Midibox endlich fertiggestellt. Den Rahmen

habe ich aus Buchensperrholz gemacht. Das Frontpanel (sowie eine

Abdeckung auf der Vorder- und Rückseite) werde ich dieses Jahr noch

re-designen und in Alu fräsen lassen. Im Moment würde ich das Design als

Beta bezeichnen. Unten rechts habe ich noch Platz für einen Joystick und

evtl. einen Crossfader oder Buttons/Potis. Nach einer mehr- oder weniger

langen Testphase werde ich das aber genau wissen. Der Controller soll

mich bei Auftritten mit Ableton Live nächstes Jahr unterstützen. Anbei

ein paar Fotos meines Schmuckstücks.
