Error Programming (mios and pic 18F)

I keep receiving the error 0000h (using mios & pic 18F). Is anyone able to assist with this query.  When writing mios bootsrap loader 2 ppic using icprog v1.05 - error at 000h - win2k

::)To anyone else  with the same problem :

check  your programmer type then go to the software makers site and take note of settings for your type.

i successfully used icprog 1.05a in windows 2000 with settings from the website.

 I have previously had exactly the same problem!!!  Just make sure you follow the configuration instructions exactly on Thorsten's how to program page! ;D
