64 or 64e

i want to build a controller with around 60 pots/faders, 50 buttons, 50 leds and 5 rotary encoders.

is it best to build a 64e and incorporate the pots as has been described, or build a 64 and somehow try to incorporate the encoders as i remember reading somewhere that there is a "trick" to use encoders with the 64....

any help is appreciated!!!

I think it's more simple to build a MB64E, since this one orinaly support encoders and pots...
