intellijel
Look for a good source for cheap but good quality PTH proto boards (the type with holes that are vias (copper the whole way through, e.g. way stronger).Don't know any brands/brandnames to be checking out.I will be using these for my button/led arrays in Sequencer and other projects.or any other recomendations for prototype circuit boards. c0nsumer
Advance Circuits is great.I've had mixed luck with PCBFABEXPRESS (bad board, poor customer service, but they reconciled it all), but I'd probably order from them again.PCBex.com is also all-right, but your boards are batched out to China and take about 2.5 weeks to arrive. Board quality was quite good, but there was a delay. The Airborne Express delivery also required a signature, which was a pain for me working a normal schedule and living about 20 miles from the depot.-Steve
chuck
I use ExpressPCB.I wouldn't say they are cheap, unless you're doing something small. But the service is great. They helped me through my first board. The holes are all thru-plated.
intellijel
I don't mean getting pcbs made, I am referring to the boards with an array of holes (for prototyping). I find it faster to wire wrap or solder a well made protoboard if one is making something like an array of buttons+leds.I should start looking at getting pcbs made though (just to save time)cheers, Danjel
