No walkthrough/schematics/parts list for Control Surface A

I can't find a walkthrough, schematics, or a parts list for Control Surface A in the wiki or the ucapps.de page.

I have looked everywhere, everything links to the 'control surface A" page, which just shows how to nagivate the menu.  There are no schematics.

On the sid walkthrough page it mentions you only need a 74HC165 and some resistors..

but it gives you no indication of how to arrange them, or where to connect them..

that's what i'm looking for.

Anyone able to help?  With a basic schematic?
