(It might have broken since it was last OK)Do you get that msg before trying to upload the new MIOS the first time, or every time you power it on, or after uploading MIOS, or...? stryd_one Posted March 23, 2007 Report Share Posted March 23, 2007 the corew is ok because i tryed it with other pics and it works...i get that message when i try to upload every kind of applicationAhh OK, thx for the info... in that case it does seem that the PIC has died :(Did you try uploading MIOS (The OS v1.9x, not the MBSID application v1.7303) within 2 seconds of powering on the core? That has worked for a few people recently. If that doesn't work, you could try re-burning the bootloader onto the PIC if you have a burner or JDM.If I were you, I would double-check for errors on the board, high current from lots of LED's, warning signs like anything hot, etc,.. It would be a shame if there was a problem with the core that takes some time to appear, and you fried another PIC.Hope that helps! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
