Driving more than 1 led from a single DOUT pin

i am quite sure i ve seen this posted already but can t really find it..

I need to drive 3 leds from a single DOUT pin, the rest of pins will drive 1 single led.

If i want all the leds to have the same brightness, is it enough to change the resistor value or should i go for a transistor?
