Phattline Posted October 23, 2007 Report Share Posted October 23, 2007 Hi all, I have chattet now a time... im glueless...I have:CORE V3 from Mike Midibox64 v2.4 mios v.1.9 pic18f452And 2 self designed 32 Fader (100mm 10K linear) board (250x250mm big)There are stuffed with 64 peaces 10K fadersand 8 Philips HCT 4051D Multiplexers -SMD!, they are pinncobatible with the big ones (I have that info from the datasheet)I dont have much bridges or wires...bcp etching...A Problem:OK all Pots on the 0 1 2 3 inputs of the 4051 are ok and work perfectley- and on I become controller data ;D hell yea!!!BUTTTTTT: All Pots on the 4 5 6 7 inputs work also perfectley (voltage and so on u know)but the 4051 dont send any data out!!!! ??? hm and that by all 8 Multiplexers!!!!So I have only 32 instead of 64 pots...What I tried before I wrote this topic:I chatet with smash and other guys...I stuffed to existing bypass 100nFs (2mm near by all 8 multiplexers) to all power connectors (incl J5 from Core)I Stuffed a 1uF Cap to the powersupply cornerI tried 3 different powersuppleys, from a 500mA 7.5V walladapter (traffo)-to a 15V 1.5A Traffo (good clean thing) to a 12V 1A switching powersupply (bad and ugly)I checked all (all!) leads (there are not so many) I checked the connection from every pin of every 4051 to the core modul to the PIC legsI checked the voltagesANDI took one old 64pot vector board (lochraster qualität- urbäd) with standart 4051 on it and also 64pots on it.This board works perfectley with this pic and with this Core V3.The pictures show the shematicThe RAR File, is the whole plan of that thing in Autocad DXF 2000 format (viewable with a dxf viewer)Ähm hm, any IdeasSequenzer FB.rarSequenzer FB.rar Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
