hello

my prob is not simple with my mb-6582

1.made a psu with a 2x12v , ---9 and 5v....8,89 and 5,02

2.did the "Completing the Base PCB in Stages" and seems to be ok

3.wire a 2x20 LCD and a 4×20 to make test...they do not work correctly

4.can't upload ...optocoupler is ok

5.put a single adapter to core 5v to concentrate only to core and same but sids gets warm

0. made some wrong things i can say but don't know where to begin now ...or to stop :-\

You need to provide more information.

You are using Option C? I have not specified exactly what is required to use Option C. What bridges and extra wiring are you using?

How is the LCD not working correctly? If it is missing backlight, this is due to missing track.

Upload might not work if you do not have a jumper in J11

SIDs get warm, that's normal, even 6582 SIDs get warm, but you should not be putting SIDs in sockets until you do a full test of everything, voltage checks, uploading MIOS and MB-SID app. Inserting the SID is the ABSOLUTE LAST THING you do.

well...how to explain without beeing ridiculous? :-\

my homemade midi cable and an error :-X... the backlight doesn't work properly but never mind for the moment..

mios studio can now receive and send ..upload mios + sid app but no sound for the moment

i used this time the step a because i thought about a problem with my psu !
