Repairable C64 power supplies

Anyone had experience with any of the following PSU's and how they interact with the SID project?

Estes, Phoenix or Microline (CPS-10, CPS-30 I think these are the models)

Not sure much about them but there has been talk of them on lemon64.com http://www.lemon64.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=296506&sid=66235d3eb66421af960e80d6f7c810bc

Also, this fellow, eslapion, on lemon64 makes PSU's.  Any experience with his or with ones from Protovision (in relation to the SID project?
