[Changing Matrix via ControlMessages]

Hi

why isnt the mod matrix changeable over standard control messages anymore? I am setting up a vst for the lead engine and I was able to implement all control messages now. But I have no possibility to send sysex messages for changing the modmatrix. Isnt it possible to implement some nrpn messages which handle the mod matrix. One 8-bit nrpn per row would do the job.

Hilft jetzt nicht unbedingt zur Fader Frage aber schau mal bei eBay, ich habe heut einen Steinberg Houston Controller für 170 € nkl versand bekommen :D. Dort sind die Panasonic Fader drin. Leider soll die Software ziemlicher Müll sein, aber wozu gibts die mb lc ;) original raus ... midibox rein.

Perhaps he meant something like a "translator". A MidiboxCV with certain "synth pcbs", controlled over a vsti plugin which shows up like a standard vsti but controls hardware.

but who knows what sound we have in our ears. It depends on what 303 with what ic's we listened too. I dont think all people who used their 303 in a studio has the same chip. So what is "original" at all ?????

np, there are some really minor scratches in the edge of the main pcb. I think they come from the transport and the movement of the i/o pcb. I would package them a bit seperatly. It's no big damage or anything, but if somebody want to put it in a tranparent case ( ;) ) he wouldnt perhaps has some little scratches on the top.
