Poly-mode should be usefull to make proper sequencer with sound sources !!! a+

sorry mate... it was late and i came from a opl3 subject...i was talking about Sid, of course (i don't modifie my last post): as i read, a sid has 3 voices but 1 midi channel !!! So my question is if i want to make 16 channel sequence with sid sounds, i need 16 Sid ??? is it right stryd_one ? thre's no other solutions !!!! Bye

Bonjour à tous, après avoir pris le forum de long, en large et même en travers parfois, il me reste 2 grandes énigmes, peut-être allez vous pouvoir me repondre: - Quel serai la liste des modules necessaire à la réalisation d'une Groovebox, je m'explique, un genre de sequenceur 16tr. avec la possibilité de choisir pour chaque canal midi un son provenant du SID, ou un kit de batterie provenant de l'OPL3...je veux dire que théoriquement , il faudrai minimum 16 sid et 4 opl3 , sans compter le nombre de CORE!!!!!! misere !!!! corrigez moi ! (je compte pas fabriquer ce genre d'engin mais le doux rêve agitait ma curiosité. - Peut on redesigner l'interface graphique du MIOS,créer une animation au boot de la machine, créer des ligne de 8px et d'autres de 15px, des lettres grasses, des symboles et pourquoi pas un menu deroulant dynamique sur un ecran graphique ou lCD de portable...vous voyez ou je veux en venir.... Hi anybody, This thread started well when no news coming out !!!! I also asked myself about how making the MBseq, playing with SIDapp and FM(OPL3)app on more than one track, and by the way, never making 16 SIDboards for playing in freedom...
