  1. Not sure if you will find this site useful or not, but here it is anyway. http://www.4qdtec.com/stpen.html
  2. I didn't think you did, which is why I didn't post anything. However I wouldn't call it piracy, I would rather call it reverse engineering. It doesn't seem to work in Vista anyway... :/
  3. Sure, go ahead and move it. No, it's not 100% free. ;)
  4. How do the buttons attach to the switch?
  5. I found a great Midi Monitor Software; you can even upload sysex messages with it. http://obds.free.fr/midimon/ With the knowledge of assembler and debugging, the price is not an issue. ;) I made a gen. for mine.
  6. Why ruin all the fun for yourself? You are being deprived of knowledge by "just getting the answer;" half of the fun is in the research. As for me, I am new here as well and it has totally driven me to insomnia. My mind is infinite with ideas. I can harldy wait to get started. :)
  7. Thanks alot guys. You all have been a very big help.
  8. I appreciate your input. However, I still am not sure about the header... Could you fill me in? In addition, could explain the differences between the PICs?
  9. Hi, I am trying to build myself a controller for Ableton. As of what I need, I have a rough estimate. However, I am stuck on a couple of things... A. How do I know which PIC I need for my core? B: Which header configuration do I need? I would like LCD support, even though I do not plan on using it straight away. I just want to get my hands dirty and mess with the electronics and code portion before making any 'big' plans.
  10. Amazing... As a newb, I really cannot wait to get started.
