  1. Wilba encoder woes

    Yes old chap   just went over the board searching for wrong deeds   I'd missed a few soldering points on two of the RAs and one resistor    Have just soldered and tested and all is working. This has made my week

    Encoder no5 seems to send the display into meltdown and ends with the display reading 'no songs available as long as the session hasn't been created Please EXIT and create a new session!'    Will it have something to do with the datawheel encoder and leds currently not being soldered on

    Afternoon all I'm considering getting the v4 boards from modular addicts and am unsure whether the midiphy midi boards would work with the older core board   Would I have to get the ones from addicts or will the midiphy ones work?

Please move me to the correct section if i've got it wrong :rolleyes: I have an M-Audio oxygen 49 which is great in my current setup, however it is USB only and I have to run it thru my computer to get a midi out via my midi card My question here in oh wise midiboxers is how easy/worth is it to make something up to give the Oxygen a power in and midi out to free it from the computer cheers all x
