  1. Hi everyone, I may have found a bug in Seq4 version 096 (still present in 097). Problem: I have created and saved a pattern on track 1 (48 steps, divider 8T). Then I went into Song Mode and set song position A1 to 3 repeats. I also set track 1 as the guide track. Now when I hit play the song seems to be played with divider 16, the step counter increases faster than the steps of the 8T pattern. So when the song step counter reaches 48 the pattern is not yet finished and restarts prematurely when looped again. The worst thing is that this breaks the tracks divider settings. When I go back into Edit Mode, after I cleared all the song positions, the track is played back with the wrong divider. The track is still set to 8T but is played as 16, so the track is not played back completely anymore. Setting the divider to 16 and back to 8T does not solve the issue. I have to power down the Seq and start it again for the track to be played correctly again. I hope the description is comprehensible. Best Regards
  2. Hello everyone! Last year i’ve built a sammichSID, which was functioning and sounding perfectly with a pair of SwinSid Nanos. Recently I got 2 6581 from a real C64, and they work well in the C64 but when i use them in the Sammich, i get no sound at all, and sometimes i can hear a little noise. I’m using the right jumper configs to provide 12v to the 6581s. All measurements suggested in the build guide were double checked and everything seems normal. Is there anything im missing? Why the real sid chips wouldnt work if the swinsids are? Again, both 6581 Sids function perfectly inside my C64 breadbin. Also: i've tried larger pins as suggested in this post : but it really doesnt change, im still having no sound from the sammich... Let me know if you have an idea on how to troubleshoot it! Thanks!
  3. I'm having some weird LED issues on a sammichFM I just built. Both rows of LEDs light up or flicker when I pass my finger near the pins linking the display board to the mainboard, over the traces, or over the 74HC595 shift register that runs the LEDs. The LCD, buttons, and encoder all operate properly. Any idea what might be the cause?
