Replacing potentiometers in swell shoes

I'm attempting to replace the potentiometers in my organ's swell pedals.  I'm not sure how to dettach the old one from the crank arm, there seems to be a slot that may contain an (inset) pin, but doesn't seem to contain a screw head.  Anyone thoughts on how to extract this?

I can't tell if that's a very small hex head (just like on a knob where it holds to the shaft) or a spot welded pin :/

On extreme close-up, it does appear to be an allen grub screw.

Of course, I could be wrong.

Thanks guys, I get a set of small allen keys and see if they fit.  I certainly hope - and doubt - that it is a spot weld.
