jeroddumas Posted July 9, 2003 Report Posted July 9, 2003 I have built a core on vectorboard a while back. Since I have it I don't want it to go to waste. But the problem is the PIC is not running. I know that it is not the pic because I can put it in my working core and it works. What are the minimum connections for the PIC to run? I was thinking it would be Pins 1, 11, 12, 13, 14,31 and 32. Anyone correct me if I am wrong. Quote
Sephult Posted July 10, 2003 Report Posted July 10, 2003 Hello Jeroddumas. As for the pins I believe that:1111213143132Need hooked up like you said &*(6 to 1kohm to 5v) (to tell if bankstick is there or not)(18 to 10k to 5v)(If AIN not used?)(20 to 10k to 5v)(for the DIN, not & used)(2-5, 7-10 ground) (If AIN not used)*I believe this is all that you need hooked up besides the MIDI pins 25 and 26, I am unsure if you need to hook these up yet to see if the PIC is running. These pins are the ones that I had and along with the MIDI and it works!Good luck-Sephult Quote
