+12 V only works once 2

Hi all!!my fm works nicely ,missing  the cs and a filter Seppoman (thanks seppo)2044 ,that i 've planed to build in...Unluckly it works one time ....when i switch off ,then i switch on, the +12V not working and there is no sound..,i switch off ,then swithch on again and it works fine... etc ...is someone have  an idea. of this voltage issue ?(a caps?) excuse my english..best regards

Do you mean you don't get _anything_ on the 12V rail every other time? If so, check the switch and the wiring and soldering on your PSU. Maybe take some pictures and post them in this thread, so we can have a look!

hi;my +12 V volt  mb only works once 2; psu works perfectly ,only happens once a branch opl3 .. the sound is very good though, but I have to switch off and switch once in two :( What can i do ?best regards
