Almost done...maybe?

Well I've assembled the control surface for my midibox 6582, and attatched it to the main board. I fire up the 6582, and only four encoders change values, none of the buttons work and none of the LEDs are lighting up. The working encoders are the RATE, DEPTH, SUSTAIN and RELEASE encoders. When I turn the SUSTAIN encoder, it causes the mb6582 to play a note that doesn't release. This encoder also cycles through different menus. I've replaced the shift registers and nothing changed. Any idea what's going on with this?

Have you maybe uploaded the the wrong firmware? setup_mb6582.hex is the one you want.
