MIDI interface whitelist on the WIKI

We have this really neat blacklist of known-to-be-buggy MIDI interfaces. For some reason, we didn't have a whitelist of know-to-work ones. Now we do. Please fill in the MIDI interfaces you have succesfully tested with MIOS(32)!
