I'm sure you searched the Internet already, but because your part number contains a spelling mistake your search did not return anything... :twitch:

Here you can find a datasheet, and on the official Microchip website you'll find plenty of application notes and information.

Can anyone descripe me how to wire a mcp24010 digipot instead a channel fader

of an analog mixing desk?

Resistors, Caps and so on...

Note that this device is single-ended, and requires that all signals are between zero and Vdd.

So all audio signals will have to be offset by some positive voltage, such that the most positive voltage is below VDD, and the most negative never falls below zero volts.
