ble leds and screen on sammmich sid

hello at all... I hope one day have a sammichSID kit.... I dream it arctic ice with blue screen and blue leds. Many people told me that using blue leds is not good because it damage eyes, they are too powerful.... So could you advice me on good blue less for the sammich, witch provide a comfortable use, and a screen white on blue compatible with the sammich, or should i just stick with the red ones provided with the kits???? thanks!

I really cannot recommend blue ones for your retinas - there is one exception to it, if you mask them with white paint, the Siempre La Luna style, which looks awesome!
