Stigmata Posted September 14, 2003 Posted September 14, 2003 Hi there!Just fund a problem with my sid 6581..When I put on the LP filter on osc1 I only can hear the note from C1 to C4 and when a play note C4 and above I can´t hear anything, it works when i turn off the filter......Strange or...Christoffer

I have a question:I changed the #define CBM8580_FILTER_FIX 1to #define CBM8580_FILTER_FIX 0to disable the filter fix (I am using the 6581), but after reassembling with no errors, converting the hex to sysex, and programming the chip, I don't get any sound out of my sid. If I change it back to 1 and do it again, it works fine. Is this what you did Stigmata?
