mbnet_hal.h

Hello all,

For a quick check I tried to compile the midibox_sid_v3, and as it seems, there is a header "mbnet_hal.h" missing.

AFAIK this is actually needed, as there are mbnet-related types and function prototypes inside.

Am I missing something obvious, or why is this not in the rep?
