I recently assembled my MB6582 and now I'm trying to make music. Turns out that I am no fan of MIDI sequencers. Using Ardour in GNU/Linux. I would rather prefer a tracker style editor like ProTracker but for MIDI. Any suggestions? I've googled around, but I just found "tektrack" which has not been updated since 2004. I failed to compile it, but if that's my only option I might be able to fix that.

I would like to have something compatible with Jack Audio Connection Kit in GNU/Linux, so I can sync it with Ardour and other MIDI tools.

Is that what you are using for your great productions?

It looks pretty much awesome. However, I forgot to mention I'm a libre software masochist. Can't use proprietary code. :)

Thx! I evaluated this tracker a while as I did some stuff on ProTracker/Amiga and FastTracker/PC back in the days... but nowadays for me nothing beats shutting down PCs/Macs and only using the almighty MBSEQ V4 hardware sequencer ;-).
