Dunstan Posted June 5, 2013 Report Posted June 5, 2013 Hello everybody, I have a design concept for a 13 pin midi female to 2 female 13 pin sockets, i.e. a 13 pin midi splitter. I was wondering if this is already available on the market or if I need to build one, e.g. would screening be a problem with interference noise being created if I just solder one unit together (or can I find pin connector terminals so that I do not need to solder?) The purpose of this is to play a Axon PU 100 pickup guitar into 2 Axon AX 100 midi controllers. Thank you Dunstan Quote

kelargo Posted June 6, 2013 Report Posted June 6, 2013 Yeah, the Roland US-20 is an off the shelf solution. You might find this article informative also - http://www.muc.de/~hm/music/us-20/ BTW, The signal on the 13 pins is not yet MIDI... :-) Quote
