production Posted September 26, 2013 Posted September 26, 2013 Hello, sorry for my English is not only a google translation of my french Well, I'm on the end of a MIDIbox64 for Hammond clone, but I do not understand how (despite the explanations I could Rescueing) replace the navigation buttons by datawheel in the program. I need help. Thank you in advance to all
TK. Posted September 27, 2013 Posted September 27, 2013 It requires some changes in setup_midibox64.asm and mios_tables.inc (as described in the files), but I must admit, that the change isn't straightforward... in addition you've to install the MIOS toolchain to recompile the application. Anyhow, I could change the setup for you and give you a .hex file... Next week after my holidays. Best Regards, Thorsten.
production Posted September 28, 2013 Author Posted September 28, 2013 it will be super nice of you, thank you. And I await your return from holiday with impatience.
TK. Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 Finally a preconfigured firmware where the left/right button can be replaced by an encoder: http://www.ucapps.de/mios/midibox64_v2_4f_with_datawheel.zip DIN Assignments: EXIT button at D7 SNAPSHOT button at D6 Encoder at D4/D5 Best Regards, Thorsten.
k-rAd MB6401 Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 wow i could have used that a long time ago. just figuring out the encoder thing now and i built my box more than 6 years ago. ;) I'm going to have to modify it a bit and add that one encoder for up and down scene selection in ableton.
