MIOS Studio and solenoids

Hello everyone.

 

Here is my experimental test setup: 1 core 8, 1 DIN, 8 switches, 1 DOUT, 8 solenoids. I want to activate and deactivate the solenoids from the DIN switches. This works as long as the MIOS Studio MIDIO128 tool GLOBAL option "DIN -> DOUT Forwarding Mode" is enabled. With this option disabled the DOUT will not respond. Is there any way around this?

Well, the question is: why did you disable the forwarding?

 

Without this forwarding, the DOUT pins can only be controlled via MIDI

Thank you, TK for your reply. I have a pipe organ keyboard (using DINs) and SAMs on the same core. When the forwarding is enabled the SAMs do not function correctly. So my solution will be to place SAMs and keyboards on separate cores. The keyboard core will have forwarding enabled to activate pipe valves and the SAMs core will have forwarding disabled.
