HUBA Posted September 2, 2014 Report Posted September 2, 2014 Hello Thought this might be the right place for my question as it's probably a DIY MIDI related one. Hope someone can help. Here goes Just found the perfect MIDI keyboard for my hardware sequencer. Problem is it's USB only. No other connections. So now I'm looking for some sort of USB MIDI to normal MIDI adaptor, but he keyboard also gets its power through the same USB cable it uses for MIDI, so the thing I'm looking for will have to provide that too. Does it exist? Basically what I'm after is a regular PC type USB port and a MIDI out port without the computer and its latency in the midle. How much of the computer will I have to keep for getting this to work? Quote
TK. Posted September 2, 2014 Report Posted September 2, 2014 Hi, you could use a MBHP_CORE_STM32F4 + MBHP_MIDI_IO module + a USB Micro-B -> USB 2.0-A adapter See also Best Regards, Thorsten. Quote
