MidiboxShop/SmashTV SEQ parts kit question about resistors

I ordered the following kit: http://midiboxshop.bigcartel.com/product/seq-cs-parts-kit

It has three resistor values (220, 470, 1K) but I can't figure out which one goes where...

Any idea?
