I wonder if its right that the cable between Core32 and AINSER64 is twisted. Is my wiring correct?

Check whether the red wire is on pin 1 on both sides (or not on pin 1 on both sides). Whether a cable is twisted or not also depends on how you crimp it to the connector, how you lay the boards next to each other, ...
