MIDI interface whitelist - El Cheapo option for 2020

The MIDI interface white list recommends the “least cost” MIDI interface Neusonik uMIDI O22. which is unfortunately no longer available at eg Thomann for 15 EUR.
The list seem to include many older and relatively expensive (compared to above) options.
Tried to look for used Neusoniks on eBay but this was a dead end.

Can someone please anyone recommend an "El Cheapo" MIDI interface that is currently available for sale and that have been successfully used to flash the sammichSID.

You can also ask in the fleamarket for this thing (gm5 midi module) 

You can build a 5x5 Midi Interface with that module or you just can built it inside/beside your sammich to just connect an USB cable
