MSD not working (linux,win10)

i uploadet "$MIOS32_PATH/apps/misc/usb_mass_storage_device" on a core stm32f4... the lcd says "sd connected"...

but it is not shown as device in browser nor diskmanager (where you see all mounted or not mounted partitions...)

 

is there a driver needet? (maybe only mac tested?)
