Panasonic motorfader operation

I have started my MB Mackie Control. I have not gotten my motorfaders yet. I really would like to use the panasonics if the functionality is good. Could anyone using the panasonic reply about their operation. Also are you using a button for touchsensitivity or using a software override function. thanks for any comments.
