Can someone tell me if this LCD is ok...

I bought a LCD, which datasheet can be found here:

I was told it should be ok for a use with MidiBOX (Sid in my case) but just wonder about voltage, if it's ok and if I have to do something special with voltage or just solder the connection and don't bother.

I'll use a C64 PSU with a 6581 and make the C64 optimized PSU (step C) connection.

It seems like pretty typical LCD with normal LCD contrast (LCD drive, V_ee) voltage, so it should be ok.. as always, try to get the connection right in the first try ;D
