pcb header sockets

Im looking for a uk source of header sockets like the kind that you get to connect up the power switch on pc cases?

im thinking these would be a nice way connect up all the sil pins on my sid so i could possibly reuse the modules without lots of desoldering.  A maplin no would be good as they have 2 shops here in cambridge?

yeh but you dont pay postage on stuff you buy in a shop, having said that rapid is not to far from cambridge anyway.  Do you have a part no for rapid twin-x?

Erm no i live in the Netherlands and ordering from rapid allows only a minimum order of 250 UKP so sory i cannot help you any further.

there not exactly what i wanted as they have a latching part to clip into a matching header, but hopefully i can remove them to glue 2 back to back to make a dil socket
