How to evaluate unknown specs of LEDs?

Hi Roger,

uuuh, if you don't have proper measurement equipment, forget it. Too much time to spend for number details. Why do you ask this question? Is Switzerland flooded with some huge unknown LED shipments?  ;D  LEDs are so cheap, it doesn't make sense to spend time for "reverse-engineering datasheets". A fast way to get at least some rough idea is try-&-error. Take a power supply, a poti and a multimeter and look for the voltage and adjusted current for a reasonable brightness. That's it.

Cheers,

Skunk
