Why do you ask this question? Is Switzerland flooded with some huge unknown LED shipments? ;D LEDs are so cheap, it doesn't make sense to spend time for "reverse-engineering datasheets". A fast way to get at least some rough idea is try-&-error. Take a power supply, a poti and a multimeter and look for the voltage and adjusted current for a reasonable brightness.
