Diodes on MF board - picture where I can see the directions???

Hi!

I want to solder the mf-board now. Can anyone send me a picture where I can see the directions of all the diodes?

The one one the site is a little bit too small...

Which pcb do you have?

Diode directions should be clear then  ;D.

If you have the pcb from Mike:

The one one the site is a little bit too small...

Just look at the top view: http://www.ucapps.de/mbhp/mbhp_mf.jpg

If you mount all diodes like shown on Thostens pic, you just have to ensure that all diode rings are on the top side (pointing away from the pcb).

If you plan to make some more MidiBoxes or other electronic stuff, you should learn to read the schematics....

The one from smashtv I didn't know. Thats just what I searched for.

I didn't know that all of them on thorstens pic where  mounted with the ring up...

I know how to read schmematics, but I was too lazy to compare the schematics

to the board layout, and I couldn't read the directions from the eagle components view

because I don't know how the symbol for standing diodes has to be interpreted.

I allready read someone asking for a picture like this some time ago (didn't find it again)

so I thought it wouldnt be a problem to ask for it....

Yes, its a little confusing until you see the picture, as there are a few 'almost right' ways that the diodes can be mounted! But once you see a pic, it all makes sense! (don't worry, you are not the only one to get confused by this!
