raphael Posted April 26, 2005 Report Posted April 26, 2005 The SHARP LH5168 seems to be a static RAM chip (8k). Are you shure this chip is part of the display? Or is the RAM part of the pager? Will be hard to get the datasheet. Perhaps you can send a friendly mail to motorola... Quote
