Floorboard with only 4 or 5 patches

Hi.

I'm new at changing codes etc.

I want to build a midi floorboard with only 4 or 5 buttons. 1,2,3,4 and 5. I also would need bank up and down.

I've seen the old floorboard here on this site, and I think I can use that with some adjustments to the programcode??

However...I don't know how to do that. Any suggestions?

Hi,

in main.asm, set the "USED_AS_KEYBOARD" switch to 1

This allows you to assign different MIDI events to the buttons - it has to be made in buttons.inc

Seems like I have to erase some buttons. Hopefully those ic's can be programmed more than once right??

No problem. I`ve reprogrammed a PIC more than one hundered times and it still works. ;D

Hopefully I'll get it right in the end. I've ordered the parts and a pic burner. A start anyway.
