i finally been able to upload the sid application

then i tryed to check my midibox with the interconnection test

and i got this message

test SID module

pin:A0

what does it means?

is my sid chip damaged or is something about the bad soldering?

i'm looking at the pin and it looks good...

any tips?

STOP!!

Take your SID chip OUT before this test.

Actually READ the main.asm for instructions, A0 means that this test application is testing SID chip pin A0 and it should be around 5VDC. ect.

unluckily, now i don't have a tester with me,

but, just to know, what kind of message should i get if all the connections are  ok?

You get that message in your head or maybe marked on the paper ;) Read the main.asm.

You're testing, if signals from core are actually going to SID socket - manually, by sending different modulation control messages and seeing if PIN voltage goes up.. (read the main asm there's one exception) MEssages on the LCD only show which PIN is selected and you can see those pins in SID module schematics.

ahahah funny guy that moebius! ;D

ok, so basicly, in the lcd, the interconnection test shows me only the pins of the sid and nothing else, right?

and even if instead of a keyboard i use logic or cubase

to see the values, anyway  i need the multimeter, right?

...just to know...

yes, or a LED + resistor. Connect the cathode to ground, and the anode over a 220 Ohm...1k resistor to the pin which should be tested.
